Power of Attorney (POA), drafted by a registered lawyer in Nepal and duly signed by the concerned relative of the applicant in Nepal affixing his/her photograph at the top of the document, is generally accepted by the Embassy for attestation/legalization.
You are requested to take prior appointment as only Ambassador is authorized at the Embassy to sign the document as per existing rules.
The applicant should submit the following documents for the said purpose:
The Embassy certifies Power of Attorney (PoA) of Nepali and the Foreign National of Nepali Origin. Documents should be duly prepared to meet its legal criteria. The person must make his/her physical presence at the Embassy after scheduling an appointment. PoA is certified and signed only by the Ambassador.

La embajada suele aceptar para su certificación o legalización los poderes notariales (POA) redactados por un abogado colegiado en Nepal y debidamente firmados por el familiar del solicitante que se encuentre en Nepal, quien deberá adjuntar su fotografía en la parte superior del documento.
Se ruega concertar cita previa, ya que, según la normativa vigente, solo el embajador está autorizado a firmar el documento en la embajada.
El solicitante deberá presentar los siguientes documentos a tal efecto:

Nota:
- Antes de realizar el pago a través del banco, espere a recibir la confirmación de la embajada sobre la aprobación de los documentos. Una vez que se le haya notificado que todos sus documentos están en regla, proceda a realizar la transferencia. Si tiene alguna duda, no dude en ponerse en contacto con nosotros.
